Company History

M&S Construction was founded in 1986 by Israel Kahaner. Even though he had almost 20 years under his belt working as a contractor outside the united states, he felt as he was starting from scratch. The building materials were different, the language was new and the whole way of doing business was completely different. He was dedicated and a hard worker and he started doing what he knew best, remodeling & building. Now with over 20 a years in business he is still remodeling & building but he is concentrating on making the projects go smoother, bringing the cost of doing business down without taking away from the quality of the job. Managing the vast resources M&S Construction has acquired over the years & always fine tuning them.

M&S Construction Methodology

Over the years we have found out that measuring twice and Cutting once leads to superior results. Taking that into consideration M&S Construction. tries to adhere to that methodology every day. We like to design and plan out our remodels, make sure that the materials are all picked out & available. We use computerized 3d models to show the customer the look & feel of the project. We always try to under promise & over achieve. We have a strong emphasis on scheduling, customer service and planning. Our employees all understand and behave in the same methodology as well as in the office and in your home.
